1. Who we are

2. What we sell

We sell personalized digital novelty products: certificates, maps, boarding passes, identification cards, dossiers and artwork, delivered as downloadable files. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

No ownership or legal rights

Red Planet Registry provides personalized novelty certificates and fictional planetary registrations for entertainment and gifting purposes only. No legal ownership or property rights are conveyed. Plot designations, coordinates and registry entries are fictional and commemorative. They are not recognized by any government, space agency or international body, and they cannot be transferred, sold, mortgaged or enforced. Red Planet Registry is not affiliated with NASA, JPL, USGS or any government agency.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any discounts. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is confirmed only when we receive payment confirmation from Stripe. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud, or if content you submit breaks these Terms.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the names and messages you enter. Don't submit content that is unlawful, hateful or harassing, that infringes others' rights, or that impersonates someone. You grant us a limited licence to use that content solely to produce and deliver your order and to display your registry page if you enable sharing.

5. Licence to the files

We grant you a personal, non-commercial licence to view, download, print and share your files as a gift. The designs, templates, typography arrangements and branding remain our property. Mars imagery is derived from public-domain NASA/JPL/USGS data.

6. Registry pages

If you enable a shareable registry page, anyone with the link can view the recipient's name, plot, coordinates and gift message. These pages are excluded from search engines. You can ask us to disable a page at any time.

7. Vouchers

Vouchers sold by authorized third parties can be redeemed once, only through our redemption page, and only while redemption is open. A voucher has no cash value except as required by law.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Changes and law

We may update these Terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to it. These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
