Digital Delivery Policy

Nothing ships

Red Planet Registry sells digital products only. We don't print, frame, mail or ship anything, and no physical certificates, merchandise or meteorites are included.

How delivery works

  1. You approve watermarked proofs of your documents before paying.
  2. After Stripe confirms payment, we create your registry entry and generate your files, usually within two minutes.
  3. Files appear on your secure order page and a delivery email is sent to the address you provided.

Formats

Documents are high-resolution PDF files with embedded fonts and vector text, suitable for screens and home printing (US Letter and card sizes). The Ultimate Mission adds a 12 × 16 in art-print PDF and personalized PNG wallpapers (phone lock screen and home screen at 1290 × 2796, desktop at 3840 × 2160). A ZIP file bundles everything.

Access

Download links are private, signed and expire after 30 days. You can request fresh links any time from Find my order. We keep your files for [24] months.
