Refund Policy

Before delivery

If your order hasn't been delivered within 24 hours of payment, contact us for a full refund.

After delivery

Our products are personalized and delivered instantly, so purchases are generally final once files are generated. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from digital content contracts, you agree at checkout that delivery begins immediately and that this ends the right of withdrawal once delivery has started. We'll always make it right

Typos in names or messages: free correction within 14 days.
Corrupted or missing files: we'll regenerate them or refund you.
Duplicate purchases: refunded in full.

How to request

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. When an order is refunded, its download links and registry page are disabled.

Vouchers

Refunds for vouchers bought from a third party are handled by that seller under their terms.
